Jesse Cook Performs at the Neptune Theater

Jesse Cook, is an award winning guitarist and composer. He incorporates flamenco rumba, jazz and world music into his own style of Nuevo flamenco. He is an Acoustic Guitar Player’s Choice silver award winner, a three time winner of the Canadian Smooth Jazz award, and his latest album is titled Beyond Borders.

Cook and his band were kicking off the latest leg of the Beyond Borders tour with a two night sell out performance at Seattle’s Neptune Theater. Cook and his band performed two forty five minute sets, with a twenty minute intermission between sets. Though the Sunday evening crowd took a bit of warming up, about mid-way through the second set, the crowd was on their feet dancing to the sounds that Cook is famously known for.

Cook and his band also performed a three song encore much to the delight of the Sunday evening crowd.

The Beyond Borders Tour continues through most of the spring and wraps up on April 21st in Easton, PA. If you have the opportunity to catch this amazing guitarist and his incredible band, it is highly recommended that you do so.
